From the moment Carly Wilson and Quincy Bell reached out, I knew their wedding day would be one for the books. Their engagement session in Omaha was filled with cheeky humor, champagne surprises (including a red bubbly mishap!), and an undeniable spark between them. So when they told me they were planning an intimate Colorado mountain wedding with their dogs as witnesses—I was all in.
On May 25th, 2025, surrounded by snowcapped peaks and early summer pines, Carly and Quincy exchanged vows at Giberson Bay on Lake Dillon—a quiet, scenic spot just outside of Frisco, Colorado.
Getting Ready in Keystone
The day began at their cozy cabin Airbnb nestled in Keystone. Family bustled around the kitchen, mimosas in hand, while Carly’s mom curled her hair and her sisters helped with final touches. Carly wore a stunning gown from Noa Brides in Omaha, pairing modern elegance with mountain-ready comfort (yes, she hiked in sneakers under that train—iconic). Meanwhile, Quincy got ready with his three best friends and his mom, Darla, helping him with his tie before the first look.
First Look at Sapphire Point
Their first look took place at Sapphire Point Overlook, where Carly tapped Quincy’s shoulder as the Rockies stretched behind them. Cue the tears. Cue the laughter. Cue the dogs, Luna and Izzy, crashing the scene for their own moment in the spotlight—tail wags, leash tangles, and all.
The Ceremony at Giberson Bay Lake Dillon Colorado Mountain Wedding
At 11:30 AM, surrounded by close family and the gentle lap of Lake Dillon for their Colorado Moutain Wedding. Carly and Quincy stood on a rug beneath the open sky and shared their vows.
Jacob, Carly’s brother-in-law, officiated. Their pups stood proudly by their sides—yes, they signed the marriage license as official witnesses (paw prints and all).

Family Photos & Backyard Reception Vibes
Following the ceremony, we snapped family portraits with the full 17-person guest list and took advantage of the golden aspens and lake views. Then it was back to the Airbnb for a backyard reception. Think: grilling steaks, yard games, cigars by the firepit, and stories shared over drinks. It was relaxed, heartfelt, and completely them.

Sunset at Loveland Pass
We wrapped the day at Loveland Pass—chasing golden hour and dodging cars mid-kiss on the double yellow lines. With the wind picking up and clouds rolling over the peaks, Carly and Quincy leaned into each other, laughed through the chaos, and kissed as semis rolled by. Classic them.
